Cancellation & Make-Up Policy

Missed Lessons / Absences

• Tuition secures your time slot. No make-up or refund is guaranteed for absences without prior communication.

• In case of emergency or illness, notify the teacher via text or email before 7:00 AM on the lesson day.

• If an emergency happens, inform the teacher as soon as possible.

• All other absences must be reported at least 24 hours in advance, or the lesson will still be charged.

Lesson Procedures

• Arrive on time – No additional time will be added for late arrivals.

• Bring all necessary materials, including books and notebooks. Forgotten materials are not grounds for a make-up.

• Students may occasionally be asked to purchase music or supplies. Specific details will be provided, and it is the family's responsibility to purchase them in a timely manner.

Preparing for Lessons

• Students should complete the assigned work and come prepared.

• Daily practice is expected. The teacher will guide the practice duration and goals.

• Parents can support by encouraging consistent practice and reviewing lesson notes.

Termination of Lessons.

Although we deeply care for our students and families, the studio reserves the right to discontinue lessons for the following reasons:

• Repeated failure to pay tuition

• Inappropriate behavior from student or parent(s) (e.g., defamation, yelling, disrespect)

• Extreme inconsistency in attendance

• Repeated lack of practice or preparation

If such a situation arises, an explanation will be sent via email. If there is no appropriate response, lessons will be terminated.
